We appreciate and understand that last minute situations can arise, however, and due to Bodyworks' colleagues being self employed, we need to protect our business,
and therefore we do endorse a strict cancellation policy, as set out below:
If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given for your appointment, then a 50% charge of the total appointment value will be implemented.
If you do not arrive at all for your appointment, a “no show” 100% charge will be implemented to the total cost of your appointment.
We genuinely value our clients business,
and we hope you understand the reasons as to why these charges will be implemented.
