Gemma has been offering professional beauty treatments since 2008 and following customer demand added permanent make up treatments in 2014. Gemma trained with one of the leading specialists in permanent make up Finishing Touches. She has also completed masterclasses with some of the best international permanent make up trainers including Browdaddy, Kamila Kaca, Aleksandra Gorecka and Lisa Henning Director of Botched Ink.
Gemma also has a degree in Business administration, NVQ level 4 in Management and a whole host of professional beauty qualifications. Gemma has built up a growing list of loyal and satisfied customers in the Norwich area and further afield.

Electrolysis is also available at Bodyworks, specifically for hair and skin tag removal, with regards to the latter, we always advise a short consultation prior to any treatment being given.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate and understand that last minute situations can arise, however, and due to Bodyworks' colleagues being self employed, we need to protect our business, and therefore we do endorse a strict cancellation policy, as set out below:
If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given for your appointment, then a 50% charge of the total appointment value will be implemented.
If you do not arrive at all for your appointment, a “no show” 100% charge will be implemented to the total cost of your appointment.
We genuinely value our clients business, and we hope you understand the reasons as to why these charges will be implemented.
